Any person who violates this paragraph commits a 10 misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 11 775.082 or s. 775.083. 12 (g) A person or outside entity may not knowingly and 13 willfully provide invalid, misleading, or untrue data or 14 information regarding the performance results or performance 15 history of any program, education management company, or 16 turnaround option.
