    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to alternative procedures for
    3         resolution of continuing care contract disputes;
    4         repealing s. 651.123, F.S.; deleting provisions
    5         requiring the Financial Services Commission to adopt
    6         certain rules providing alternative procedures for
    7         resolving disputes between continuing care providers
    8         and residents of continuing care facilities; providing
    9         an effective date.

   11  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   12  
   13         Section 1. Section 651.123, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   14         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.
