    2         An act relating to governmental oversight and
    3         accountability; expressing the legislative intent to
    4         revise laws relating to governmental oversight and
    5         accountability; providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
   10  to governmental oversight and accountability.
   11         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.
