       Senator Benacquisto moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 426 and 427
    4  insert:
    5         Section 10. For fiscal year 2012-2013, 47 full-time
    6  equivalent positions, with associated salary rate of 1,513,326
    7  are authorized and the sums of $2,164,016 in recurring funds and
    8  $281,000 in nonrecurring funds are appropriated from the General
    9  Revenue Fund to the Department of Children and Family Services
   10  for additional costs associated with the changes in mandatory
   11  reporting of child abuse, abandonment, or neglect pursuant to s.
   12  39.201, Florida Statutes.

   17         Delete line 48
   18  and insert:

   20         providing an appropriation to the Department of
   21         Children and Family Services for additional costs

   24         effective date.
