       The Committee on Education Pre-K - 12 (Montford) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (883798) (with directory and
    2  title amendments)

    4         Between lines 467 and 468
    5  insert:
    6         (q) A charter school may not advertise, accept student
    7  applications, or enroll students in the charter school until the
    8  charter school application has been approved by the sponsor and
    9  the charter between the governing board and the sponsor has been
   10  executed.
