Failure to participate in the state’s education 10 accountability system created in s. 1008.31, as required in this 11 section, or failure to meet the requirements for student 12 performance stated in the charter. 13 2. Failure to meet generally accepted standards of fiscal 14 management. 15 3. Violation of law. 16 4. Other good cause shown. 17 18 The sponsor may not renew a charter if the charter school has 19 received a grade of “F” pursuant to s. 1008.34 for 2 years 20 within the 3-year period prior to renewal. The sponsor shall 21 terminate a charter if the charter school has received a grade 22 of “F” pursuant to s. 1008.34 for 2 years within a 3-year 23 period. 24 25 ====== D I R E C T O R Y C L A U S E A M E N D M E N T ====== 26 And the directory clause is amended as follows: 27 Delete line 107 28 and insert: 29 (7), paragraph (a) of subsection (8), paragraphs (b) and (g) of 30 present subsection (9), 31 32 ================= T I T L E A M E N D M E N T ================ 33 And the title is amended as follows: 34 Delete line 1127 35 and insert: 36 charter school system; prohibiting a sponsor from 37 renewing a charter if the charter school has received 38 a grade of “F” for a specified period before renewal; 39 requiring that the sponsor terminate a charter if the 40 charter school has received a grade of “F” for a 41 specified period; authorizing a charter school or
