       The Committee on Education Pre-K - 12 (Montford) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (883798) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 783
    5  and insert:
    6  eligible for designation as a high-performing charter school. A
    7  high-performing charter school may not be established in a
    8  district that has an existing replication of such high
    9  performing charter school that is low-performing or does not
   10  have a proven track record.

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete line 1151
   15  and insert:
   16         performing charter school; prohibiting the
   17         establishment of a high-performing charter school in a
   18         district that has an existing replication of such
   19         high-performing charter school that is low-performing
   20         or does not have a proven track record; conforming a
   21         cross-
