       The Committee on Education Pre-K - 12 (Montford) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (883798)

    3         Delete lines 642 - 647
    4  and insert:
    5  
    6  board. Federal funds, including, but not limited to, Title I,
    7  Title II, Title III, and IDEA funds, received by a district
    8  school board may be provided to a charter school for the benefit
    9  of charter school students. The district shall allocate the
   10  federal funds or equitable services on a per-student basis
   11  solely for the allowable use of such federal funds, if the
   12  charter school qualifies under federal regulations. The district
   13  shall provide the federal funds to the charter schools on a
   14  reimbursement basis within 60 days after receiving an invoice
   15  from the charter school evidencing such procured services.
   16  Additionally, upon disbursement of the federal funds for the
   17  services procured by the charter school, the district is
   18  released of additional responsibility to provide further
   19  services. The charter school must comply with all federal
   20  regulations, including Office of Management and Budget circular
   21  A-87 and A-133 and Education Department General Administrative
   22  regulations. Pursuant to
