The scope of questioning during the 9 examination under oath is limited to relevant information or 10 information that could reasonably be expected to lead to 11 relevant information. Compliance with this paragraph is a 12 condition precedent to receiving benefits. An insurer that, as a 13 general practice as determined by the office, requests an 14 examination under oath of an insured or an omnibus insured 15 without a reasonable basis is subject to s. 626.9541. 16 17 ================= T I T L E A M E N D M E N T ================ 18 And the title is amended as follows: 19 Between lines 75 and 76 20 insert: 21 providing that an insured must comply with the terms 22 of the policy, including submitting to examinations 23 under oath;
