       The Committee on Budget (Flores) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 1275
    4  and insert:
    5  to pay the claim pursuant to paragraph (4)(b). However, the
    6  requirements of this subsection do not apply to physicians
    7  licensed under chapter 458 or chapter 459, dentists licensed
    8  under chapter 466 who provide emergency services or care as
    9  defined in s. 395.002 or hospital inpatient care, hospitals, or
   10  an insured claiming lost wages.
