       Senator Bennett moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 528 - 529
    4  and insert:
    5  nursing services. However, medical benefits for all soft-tissue
    6  services or procedures not provided by a physician licensed
    7  under chapter 458 or chapter 459, or a chiropractic physician
    8  licensed under chapter 460, are limited to a total of $2,000. As
    9  used in this paragraph, the term “soft-tissue services or
   10  procedures” means any service or procedure described in a CPT
   11  code beginning with 97 as contained in the American Medical
   12  Association Current Procedural Terminology (CPT).
