       The Committee on Budget (Bogdanoff) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (344314) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete line 271
    5  and insert:
    6  defined in s. 480.033. Reimbursement for acupuncture services is
    7  limited to the lesser of 15 treatments or the number of
    8  treatments rendered within 15 weeks after the date of the
    9  initial acupuncture treatment, unless the insurer authorizes
   10  additional acupuncture services.

   13  and insert:
