    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1157 - 1159
    4  and insert:
    5  chapter 395;
    6         5. An entity wholly owned, directly or indirectly, by a
    7  hospital or hospitals licensed under chapter 395; or
    8         6. A clinical facility affiliated with an accredited
    9  medical school at which training is provided for medical
   10  students, residents, or fellows.
