       The Committee on Budget (Flores) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 684
    4  and insert:
    5  be considered a timely submission of written notice of a claim.
    6  The insurer has 15 days after receipt of the resubmitted or
    7  revised claim to issue payment. If the claim is not paid,
    8  payment is overdue unless the insurer has reasonable proof
    9  establishing that it is not responsible for payment of the
   10  claim.
