    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (616172) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 691 - 694
    4  and insert:
    5  chapter 395;
    6         5. An entity that wholly owns or is wholly owned, directly
    7  or indirectly, by a hospital; or
    8         6. Clinical facilities affiliated with an accredited
    9  medical school at which training is provided for medical
   10  students, residents, or fellows.
