       Senator Bogdanoff moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 528 - 529
    4  and insert:
    5  nursing services. Medical benefits do not include massage as
    6  defined in s. 480.133. Medically necessary services provided by
    7  an acupuncturist licensed under chapter 457 are limited to no
    8  more than 15 treatments at not more than $100 per treatment
    9  within the 15-week period after the initial treatment by the
   10  acupuncturist.
