       The Committee on Transportation (Latvala) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 919 - 925
    4  and insert:
    5  human-powered vehicles by March 1, 2013.
    6         (d) The department shall conduct the pilot program for a
    7  minimum of 2 years following the implementation date.

   10  and insert:
