       Senator Sobel moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (161856) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 453 - 487
    5  and insert:
    6         Section 7. Paragraph (c) of subsection (1) of section
    7  395.003, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
    8         395.003 Licensure; denial, suspension, and revocation.—
    9         (1)
   10         (c) Until July 1, 2006, additional emergency departments
   11  located off the premises of licensed hospitals may not be
   12  authorized by the agency.

   15         And the title is amended as follows:
   16         Delete lines 35 - 42
   17  and insert:
   18         deleting an obsolete provision; amending s. 395.0161,
   19         F.S.; deleting a
