       The Committee on Budget Subcommittee on Health and Human
       Services Appropriations (Garcia) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 2199 - 2203
    4  and insert:
    5  for the use of a drug. The agency shall may post prior
    6  authorization and step-edit criteria and protocol and updates to
    7  the list of drugs that are subject to prior authorization on the
    8  agency’s an Internet website within 21 days after the prior
    9  authorization and step edit criteria and protocol and updates
   10  are approved by the agency. For purposes of this subparagraph,
   11  the term “step edit” means an automatic electronic review of
   12  certain medications subject to prior authorization
