       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (462064)

    3         Delete lines 390 - 393
    4  and insert:
    5         5. If the premises are a part of a condominium or are
    6  governed by a mandatory homeowners’ association, the manager or
    7  other representative of the association has confirmed that
    8  assessments for the unit or parcel are at least 90 days
    9  delinquent.
