       Senator Lynn moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1006 and 1007
    4  insert:
    5         Section 27. Section 1010.30, Florida Statutes, is amended
    6  to read:
    7         1010.30 Audits required.—
    8         (1) School districts, Florida College System institutions,
    9  and other institutions and agencies under the supervision of the
   10  State Board of Education and state universities under the
   11  supervision of the Board of Governors are subject to the audit
   12  provisions under ss. 11.45 and 218.39.
   13         (2) If an audit contains a significant finding, the
   14  district school board, the Florida College System institution
   15  board of trustees, or the university board of trustees shall
   16  conduct an audit overview during a public meeting.

   20         Delete line 162
   21  and insert:
   22         Department of Education; amending s. 1010.30, F.S.;
   23         requiring that the district school board, the Florida

   26         during a public meeting if an audit contains
   27         significant findings; amending s. 1012.83, F.S.;
