       Senator Lynn moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 99 - 102
    4  and insert:
    5         (2) All Florida Industrial and Phosphate Research Institute
    6  programs, functions, offices, records, faculty positions, and
    7  staff positions of the University of South Florida Polytechnic
    8  shall be transferred to the Florida Polytechnic University.
    9         (3) After the transfers required in subsections (1) and (2)
   10  are complete, all programs, functions, offices, records, faculty
   11  positions, and staff positions of the University of South
   12  Florida Polytechnic shall be transferred to the University of
   13  South Florida.

   16         And the title is amended as follows:
   17         Delete lines 16 - 19
   18  and insert:
   19         Polytechnic University; transferring all Florida
   20         Industrial and Phosphate Research Institute programs,
   21         functions, offices, records, faculty positions, and
   22         staff positions from the University of South Florida
   23         Polytechnic to the Florida Polytechnic University;
   24         transferring all programs, functions, offices,
   25         records, and faculty and staff positions from the
   26         University of South Florida Polytechnic to the
   27         University of South Florida when certain transfers are
   28         complete;
