On Page: 282             Provides $1,000,000 of nonrecurring funds from the 
                         State Economic Enhancement and Development Trust 
Spec App: 2306B          Fund to the Department of Economic Opportunity for 
                         the World Class International Regatta Sports Center 
                         in Sarasota.  Reduces the Economic Development Tools 
                         lump sum appropriation category in the Department of 
                         Economic Opportunity by $1,000,000 of nonrecurring 
                         funds from the State Economic Enhancement and 
                         Development Trust Fund.
