                         economic stimulus through job creation and retention 
                         while allowing freight carriers to become more 
                         efficient and globally competitive through Palm

Following Specific Appropriation 1968A, INSERT:

From the funds provided in Specific Appropriation 1968A, from the State 
Transportation Trust Fund, $500,000 shall be provided to the City of 
Riviera Beach for the purpose of Economic Development Transportation 
projects on 13th Street for the support and delivery of goods and 
services to this key industrial area in the community. These funds will 
provide economic stimulus through job creation and retention while 
allowing freight carriers to become more efficient and globally 
competitive through Palm Beach County's primary industrial region.
