                         funds to make the necessary repairs and renovations 
Spec App: 1209           to Hillsborough Correctional Institution to enable 
                         the facility to house 489 inmates.  Reduces the 
                         Juvenile Redirections Program appropriation category 
                         in the Department of Juvenile Justice by $2,000,000.

Immediately following Specific Appropriation 758A, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 758A, $2,000,000 in 
nonrecurring general revenue funds is appropriated for the renovation 
and repair of the Hillsborough Correctional Institution.  These repairs 
will allow the department to utilize an existing building in order to 
increase the population to 489 inmates.
