       The Committee on Budget (Gaetz) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 246 and 247
    4  insert:
    5         (13) The Department of Economic Opportunity shall
    6  expeditiously provide assistance and services to employees of
    7  the Department of Corrections who are not employed by the
    8  contractor or who do not continue employment with the Department
    9  of Corrections.

   14  and insert:
