       The Committee on Judiciary (Simmons) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Between lines 675 and 676
    4  insert:
    5  4. At the close of an investigation the department or the
    6  sheriff providing child protective services shall provide to the
    7  person who is alleged to have caused the abuse, neglect or
    8  abandonment and the parent or legal custodian a summary of
    9  findings from the investigation and provide information about
   10  their right to access confidential reports in accordance with
   11  s.39.202.
