       Senator Sobel moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (296574) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 1085 and 1086
    5  insert:
    6         (3) The agency is designated the central agency for
    7  receiving and tracking complaints to ensure that allegations or
    8  complaints regarding facilities are timely responded to and that
    9  licensure enforcement action is initiated if warranted. Any
   10  other state agency regulating or providing services to residents
   11  of assisted living facilities must report to the agency as soon
   12  as reasonably possible any allegations or complaints that have
   13  been substantiated or are likely to have occurred.

   16         And the title is amended as follows:
   17         Delete line 1515
   18  and insert:
   19         specified violations; providing that the Agency for
   20         Health Care Administration is designated as the
   21         central agency for receiving and tracking  complaints
   22         or allegations regarding facilities; requiring that
   23         other state agencies report to the agency any
   24         allegations or complaints that have been substantiated
   25         or are likely to have occurred; creating s. 429.50,
   26         F.S.;
