       Senator Joyner moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 90 - 94
    4  and insert:
    5  successful completion of that program. Any such conviction or
    6  plea excludes the applicant from licensure renewal unless the
    7  sentence and any subsequent period of probation for such
    8  conviction or plea ended:
