       The Committee on Budget Subcommittee on Transportation, Tourism,
       and Economic Development Appropriations (Margolis) recommended
       the following:
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 62 - 69
    4  and insert:
    5  on the application if the person provides a certificate of
    6  disability issued within the last 12 months pursuant to this
    7  subsection.
    8         (2) DISABLED PARKING PERMIT; PERSONS WITH LONG-TERM
    9  MOBILITY PROBLEMS.—
   10         (e) To obtain a replacement for a disabled parking permit
   11  that has been lost or stolen, a person must submit an
   12  application on a form prescribed by the department, provide a
   13  certificate of disability issued within the last 12 months
   14  pursuant to subsection (1),
   15  
   16         Delete lines 134 - 140
   17  and insert:
   18         (a) The implementation of the new periodic disabled parking
   19  permit audit system.
   20         (b) The implementation of the new complaint process for
   21  reporting abuses of disabled parking permits.
