       Senator Latvala moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 163 - 164
    4  and insert:
    5  and any additional notifications required by the office;
    6         (E) At least 45 days before the end of the assumption
    7  period, provides the notice described in sub-sub-subparagraph
    8  (D) in at least 14-point type on a separate form approved by the
    9  office, along with the renewal notice; and
   10         (F) Provides similar policy coverage.
