       Senator Storms moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (667398) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 191 - 193
    4  and insert:
    5  if different from sub-sub-sub-subparagraph (D);
    6         (F) A copy of the United States trust account agreement, if
    7  applicable; and
    8         (G) Written proof that it will not charge a higher premium
    9  for the first renewal offer of coverage than the then current
   10  approved rate charged by the corporation. As used in this sub
   11  sub-subparagraph, the term “first renewal offer” means the date
   12  on which the policy is initially issued on the surplus lines
   13  insurer’s policy form after the date of assumption.
