       Senator Storms moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 191 - 193
    4  and insert:
    5  if different from sub-sub-sub-subparagraph (D);
    6         (F) A copy of the United States trust account agreement, if
    7  applicable; and
    8         (G) Written proof that it will not charge a higher premium
    9  for the initial and first renewal offer of coverage than the
   10  policyholder’s current premium with the corporation.
