       Senator Latvala moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Between lines 237 and 238
    4  insert:
    5         (VI) A surplus lines broker representing a surplus lines
    6  insurer on a take-out program must maintain the required agent
    7  confirmation for as long as the policies remain within the
    8  surplus lines insurer. Such confirmation must be made available
    9  for inspection by the Department of Financial Services.
