       The Committee on Health Regulation (Sobel) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 789 - 799
    4  and insert:
    5         issued by the agency. A person who willfully violates this
    6  subsection commits a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable
    7  as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
