       The Committee on Budget Subcommittee on Health and Human
       Services Appropriations (Gaetz) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 485 - 490
    4  and insert:
    5  
    6         Section 7. The background screening requirements of s.
    7  413.208, Florida Statutes, as amended by this act, do not apply
    8  to existing registrants with the Division of Vocational
    9  Rehabilitation within the Department of Education in effect
   10  before October 1, 2012. Such requirements apply to all
   11  registrants with the division which are renewed or entered into
   12  on or after October 1, 2012.
