       Senator Simmons moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 11 - 13
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 1. Paragraph (f) of subsection (3) of section
    6  163.01, Florida Statutes, is amended, and subsection (18) is
    7  added to that section, to read:
    8         163.01 Florida Interlocal Cooperation Act of 1969.—
    9         (3) As used in this section:
   10         (f) “Electric utility” has the same meaning as in s.
   11  361.11(2). The term also includes those municipalities,
   12  authorities, commissions, special districts, or other public
   13  bodies that own, maintain, or operate an electrical generation,
   14  transmission, or distribution system within the state on June
   15  25, 2008.

   21         amending s. 163.01, F.S.; revising the definition of
