       Senator Thrasher moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 99 - 102
    4  and insert:
    5  and damages to Yvonne Morton. The total amount paid for attorney
    6  fees, lobbying fees, and related costs may not exceed 15 percent
    7  of the amount awarded under this act, absent a waiver of this
    8  fee limitation executed by the claimant, and in such event, the
    9  fee may not exceed 25 percent of the total amount awarded under
   10  this act.
