       Senator Detert moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (832626) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 8
    5  and insert:
    6  amendments to the comprehensive plan, unless additional voting
    7  requirements are a part of a local government charter approved
    8  by at least 60 percent of the voters of the jurisdiction.

   11         And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 18
   13  and insert:
