455 (1) That section of County Road 30A between County Road 283
456 to County Hwy 395 is designated as “Charles Modica Sr.
457 Hospitality Way.”
458 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
459 suitable markers designating Charles Modica Sr. Hospitality Way
460 as described in subsection (1).
461 Section 53. U.S. Army Sergeant Robert Daniel Sanchez
462 Memorial Highway designated; Department of Transportation to
463 erect suitable markers.—
464 (1) That portion of State Road 513 between Banana River
465 Drive and Eau Gallie Boulevard in Brevard County is designated
466 as “U.S. Army Sergeant Robert Daniel Sanchez Memorial Highway.”
467 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
468 suitable markers designating U.S. Army Sergeant Robert Daniel
469 Sanchez Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1).
470 Section 54. U.S. Marine Corps Corporal Dustin Schrage
471 Highway designated; Department of Transportation to erect
472 suitable markers.—
473 (1) That portion of State Road A1A between Pinetree Drive
474 and Eau Gallie Boulevard in Brevard County is designated as
475 “U.S. Marine Corps Corporal Dustin Schrage Highway.”
476 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
477 suitable markers designating U.S. Marine Corps Corporal Dustin
478 Schrage Highway as described in subsection (1).
479 Section 55. Section 24 of chapter 2010-230, Laws of
480 Florida, is amended to read:
481 Section 24. Miss Lillie Williams Boulevard designated;
482 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
483 (1) That portion of N.W. 79th Street between N.W. 6th
484 Avenue and N.W. 7th E. 12th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is
485 designated as “Miss Lillie Williams Boulevard.”
486 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
487 suitable markers designating Miss Lillie Williams Boulevard as
488 described in subsection (1).
489 Section 56. Section 45 of chapter 2010-230, Laws of
490 Florida, is amended to read:
491 Section 45. Father Gerard Jean-Juste Street designated;
492 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
493 (1) That portion of N.W. 54th Street in Miami-Dade County
494 between N.W. 2nd Avenue and N.E. N.W. 3rd Avenue in Little Haiti
495 is designated “Father Gerard Jean-Juste Street.”
496 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
497 suitable markers designating Father Gerard Jean-Juste Street as
498 described in subsection (1).
499 Section 57. This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.
