10713.78, F.S.; conforming a cross-reference; providing
11an effective date.

13Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

15     Section 1.  Sections 860.151, 860.152, 860.153, 860.154,
16860.155, 860.156, 860.157, and 860.158, Florida Statutes, are
17repealed.
18     Section 2.  Paragraph (e) of subsection (13) of section
19713.78, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
20     713.78  Liens for recovering, towing, or storing vehicles
21and vessels.-

23     (e)  When a wrecker operator files a notice of wrecker
24operator's lien under this subsection, the department shall
25charge the wrecker operator a fee of $2, which shall be
26deposited into the General Revenue Fund established under s.
27860.158. A service charge of $2.50 shall be collected and
28retained by the tax collector who processes a notice of wrecker
29operator's lien.
30     Section 3.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.
