       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 191 - 194
    4  and insert:
    5         (6) Subsection (5) does not apply to amounts billed and
    6  paid for physicians licensed under chapter 458, chapter 459, or
    7  chapter 466 for emergency services provided within a hospital
    8  emergency department.
