       The Committee on Community Affairs (Richter) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 191 - 194
    4  and insert:
    5         (6) Subsection (5) does not apply to amounts billed and
    6  paid for physicians licensed under chapter 458 or chapter 459,
    7  and dentists licensed under chapter 466 for emergency services
    8  provided within a hospital emergency department.
