       Senator Thrasher moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 68
    4  and insert:
    5  for a total of $250,000, absent a waiver of this fee limitation
    6  executed by the claimants, and in such event, the fee may not
    7  exceed 25 percent of the total amount awarded under this act.
