    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 34 - 40
    4  and insert:
    5         (3) Before a juvenile offender may be eligible for
    6  resentencing under this section, she or he must have served 20
    7  years of incarceration for the offense for which resentencing is
    8  sought.
