       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Margolis) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 17 - 23
    4  and insert:
    5  
    6         (5) An adult may not knowingly distribute to a minor on
    7  school property, or post on school property, any material
    8  described in subsection (3). As used in this subsection, the
    9  term “school property” means the grounds or facility of any
   10  kindergarten, elementary school, middle school, junior high
   11  school, secondary school, or career center, whether public or
   12  nonpublic.
