Senator Hays moved the following:
1 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

3 Delete everything after the enacting clause
4 and insert:
5 Section 1. Section 215.1995, Florida Statutes, is created
6 to read:
7 215.1995 One-Stop Business Registration Portal Clearing
8 Trust Fund.—
9 (1) The One-Stop Business Registration Portal Clearing
10 Trust Fund is created within the Department of Revenue.
11 (2) The fund is established for use as a depository for
12 fees paid through the One-Stop Business Registration Portal,
13 established under s. 288.109, and for subsequent transfer or
14 distribution of those fees to appropriate agencies and accounts.
15 (3) The Department of Revenue shall transfer or distribute
16 the moneys in the trust fund to the appropriate agencies and
17 accounts in the month following receipt.
18 (4) In accordance with s. 19(f)(2), Art. III of the State
19 Constitution, the trust fund shall, unless terminated sooner, be
20 terminated on July 1, 2016. Before its scheduled termination,
21 the trust fund shall be reviewed as provided in s. 215.3206(1)
22 and (2).
23 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2012, if SB
24 1976 or similar legislation is adopted in the same legislative
25 session or an extension thereof and becomes law.

32 An act relating to trust funds; creating s. 215.1995,
33 F.S.; establishing the One-Stop Business Registration
34 Portal Clearing Trust Fund to serve as a depository
35 for receipts obtained through the One-Stop Business
36 Registration Portal and for subsequent transfer or
37 distribution to appropriate agencies and accounts;
38 providing for future review and termination or re
39 creation of the trust fund; providing a contingent
40 effective date.
