       The Committee on Budget Subcommittee on General Government
       Appropriations (Benacquisto) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 161 - 166
    4  and insert:
    5         (D) Provides prominent notice to the policyholder before
    6  the assumption of the policy that surplus lines policies are not
    7  provided coverage by the Florida Insurance Guaranty Association,
    8  and an outline of any substantial differences in coverage
    9  between the existing policy and the policy being offered to the
   10  insured; and
