       Senator Altman moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 166 - 167
    4  and insert:
    5  insured;
    6         (E) Provides similar policy coverage; and
    7         (F) Provides written proof that the policyholder, after
    8  being informed by the insurance agent or broker of any
    9  difference between the existing policy and the new surplus lines
   10  policy, has agreed in writing to the assumption of the policy by
   11  the surplus lines insurer as evidenced by the insured’s
   12  execution of a form consenting to the assumption of the policy.
