    8  and insert:
    9         Section 1. Paragraph (q) of subsection (6) of section
   10  627.351, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 13 - 20
   15  and insert:
   16         providing an effective
